Property Maintenance Code Violation Reporting Form

Thomasville is a wonderful place to live because our residents take pride in their homes and neighborhoods.  To keep Thomasville looking great, the City had adopted ordinances regulating property maintenance in both residential and commercial areas. 

Our City's Code Enforcement Officer responds to complaints regarding property maintenance and regularly patrols the City to identify violations.  When property maintenance violations are identified, enforcement action is taken.  This can include warnings and/or notices to appear in Municipal Court.
